The products bought at the store have a 14 business day return period from the moment you receive the shipment at home. These products must be returned in perfect condition, both the original packing as well as the article itself. Given the case, broken shipments must be notified no longer than 24 hours after the shipment is received so that we may notify the shipping agency. The products must be returned to: Belicci. The return shipping fees will be charged at the expense of the customer. We recommend that you insure the shipment, since Belicci is not held responsible for any broken or lost shipments. Once we receive the return and we verify that everything is in order, we will return the cost of purchase except for the shipping cost. In the case that an article is exchanged for being defective, Belicci will pay for the shipping costs. Belicci reserves the right to return payments if there are stock problems due to the supplier.
The characteristics of the products, as well as their content, will comply to that which is specified in the product card, except for typographical errors.
While we make every effort to ensure that the prices are correct and up to date, there may be errors and in this case we will contact you before your order is shipped.
If we have informed you that you will be reimbursed, do not worry: The reimbursement is on its way! If you have paid by means of PayPal the cost will have been reimbursed in your PayPal account. The reimbursements made to credit cards or payments with PayPal can take up to 10 business days before they appear in your account.
The reimbursements though bank transfer can only be made once we have received the necessary information (código swift, IBAN, etc.) please make sure that you have supplied us with this information so that the reimbursement can be completed in the fastest way possible.
